BleepingComputer.com: Help with HijackThis Log -

Hello,
I've run avast antivirus (would only work the whole way through in boot-time scan). I also ran malwarebytes & superantispyware. None of them came up with anything. Last night the computer was acting really crummy, not as bad today, but from what I can tell from this log (not that I know much about reading them) there is still some problems, specifically the entries in 010, 013 & all the unknown owners in 023. yes it is. sorry for the repost but I had no replies, some new info & wondered if i put it in the wrong forum. Any clues?
