Redirect Virus

I keep getting redirected to other sites while using google. Guessing its the redirect virus. Looked around the internet and everyone points here. Started yesterday morning. Have AVG, but didn't pick it up. Ran windows malicious, and all of a sudden AVG picks up infections. Able to move some to the vault but not all. Tried super anti-spyware and it picked up some, but still have the same issue. Just ran hitman pro and tdsskiller and they found no infections. Had to try three times just to get to your site. Laptop is only six months old, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
