Win 7 Internet Security 2011 Alert

Hi ,

Recently my computer infected with Malware and getting error message Win 7 Internet Security 2011 Alert. I'm not able to accesss any programs and not able to open the Internet Explorer/ Firefox. I also receive error message to purchase the Internet security package to delete the Malware.

I followed the below steps,
Identified xjw.exe ( which is causing problems) and deleted from my computer. I also restored the computer with the previous settings.

Now , im able to open all the program and my computer seems tobe working properly .I need to know whether the above steps completely removed the Malware. Please help for any additional steps to remove the malware infected files.
