To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

i noticed last night that i sent an email to all of my contacts, some spam mail of course. I did did a few scans with both updated AVG antivirus and Malwarebytes without any luck. :/ i just changed my hotmail password but i wanted to know if you guys could give me advice about it. Here's the spam email i sent

We do not analyze HijackThis logs in this forum. Please see the rules at the top of this topic.

As for your hack, were the emails that were sent found in your Sent folder in hotmail? If so, then the account itself was hacked and changing the password should resolve it.
