When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

It has been over a month since I posted here and no replies. Is this normal? I posted a question on Feb. 26th and still haven't gotten a response. Should I move on or is it worth the wait?

I've come across a few members that have replies to posts dated April 1st? This was the first post.....April 1st! What am I doing wrong? Is something wrong with the way I worded my question? HELP! SOME feedback would be appreciated!?!?!?

Hay go over to the spybot search and destroy forum. Head to malyware removal. They should help you out faster.

I was just wondering if it was normal to not get a reply here for over a month. Maybe it is? Although some get replies within a few days......so I was wondering if I wasn't clear how I worded my problem......and how to state my problem more clearly. Any advise appreciated, I've heard great things about this forum but it seems I'm starting out on the wrong foot.

You'd need to give a little background regarding the problems you have, rather than just creating a topic/title. A bump may be in order as well...a month is a long time to wait. Good luck.

The forum rules dictate that you shouldn't "bump" your topic as it might cause one of the admistrators to think someone else is working on your case. Once they see a reply they "ASSume" someone else is covering this question. This is why I started a new topic rather than reply to my original post. HELP.....HELP!

Isn't it ironic I've gotten more replies to this post in a few hours than I've gotten to my original question in a month and a half! Still wondering what I'm doing wrong? Can anyone else see my original post from Feb. 26th? Maybe that is the problem?

This question: "http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic388707.html" was posted April 2nd. Two days ago! I'm still wondering if anyone else can see my original post from Feb. 26th? Please let me know, if not I'll start a new topic. Thanks again. I'm still baffled that I've gotten replies to this post although never from a moderator/administrator.

Your original topic can still be viewed, I know the rules on bumping, however, I think a month or so is rather a long time to wait, so it can be justified in your case. I think you just got unlucky, the response time is usually good here and the help aint bad either. :)

I've heard that this is a great forum.....glad to see my original topic can still be viewed. I'll wait another day or two and see if anyone responds to my original thread. If not I guess I'll break the forum rules and bump it. What have I got to lose at this point? Maybe it would have been easier to go buy a Mac? Ha! Hopefully this thread will draw attention to my original question. Thanks for looking for my original thread on Feb. 26th.

Also, is there a better way to check on your topic than searching every page. I think I'm on page 28 now! I've tried to search by posts under my username to no avail. Thanks again.
