cmtray not in startup list

i was checking to see what my startup programs (in msconfig) do in the startup list on this site and there was one that wasnt registered with the database its called cmtray. i dont know what other info you may need to help you, help me identify this program

i found out what cmtray is just to let you know its for my GPS
curiosity didnt kill the cat it made kittens!! :thumbup2:
