Spam Mail Problem. problem with spam mail named Doctor

Hi,
I am facing the problem related to spam. mail.I am using outlook 2003 and exchange mail is configured on it.From 2-3 weeks I am getting the spam mail named doctor and it comes with different maill address though the display name is always Doctor.So even I block the mail by using the block sender in outlook the mail is coming frequently because as I said before it comes with different email address and mail domain name is also difrrerent.So I request anyone who knows about solution to prevent this issue please help.Looking forware for solution to my problem.
