When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

The problem I've been having with Trend Micro Titanium 2011 (described HERE) hasn't been fixed :( .

After viewing numerous posts on here, I decided to run a full scan using MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Here's the log from that scan:

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.50.1.1100

Database version: 6221

Windows 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2
Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.19019

During the scan, Trend Micro showed that I was "Protected" for a few minutes, then went back to saying "Protection Disabled" AGAIN. I ran a quick scan with mbam after restarting my computer and it found nothing. I run another full scan with Windows Firewall and Windows Defender off and the scan came up clean. Then I ran a quick scan in safe mode that also came up clean. Despite that, Trend Micro still says "Protection Disabled."

What should I do now?
