When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Started having a problem today with this bugger. I cannot install Malwarebytes. I cannot do a system restore. I've tried copying malwarebytes to a flash drive with no luck. I couldn't get on web sites until recently. I keep getting security breach messages.

This is my work computer, and I am not sure why I have anything on it. I literally just access sites associated with my job here and occasionally news sites, facebook, and Gmail.

I also had the same problem yesterday, i got rkill program to run in safe mode which killed and deleted the exe file after which i ran the malwarebytes and it worked.if you are unable to get rkill (there is a post here on this site which gives info about this) due to Windows XP Security 2011 Infection not allowing you to use any other program please get the rkill copy from usb drive in safe mode and run it like i did.
