I have a windows vista home premium
service pack 2
32 bit operating system

I am having a problem with my computer. It seems more often than not it freezes and
when I click on it is says "windowds explorer not responding". This is starting to drive me crazy.
What can I do to fix this? I have checked for updates on everything possible

Thanks for your help.

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
