Help
HELP PLEASE!!! i have no disk 4 vista. i keep getting a blue screen, saying- Collecting data for crash dump...Initiallzing disk for crash dump...Beginning dump dumping physical...Dumping physical memory to disk: 100...Phyical dump Comp. 100% "and lot if #s" i hope some one can help. i have a Acer Aspire 5100 runing windows Vista Home Premium.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

thank u for trying 2 help me. i got a vista disk today. i was told 2 put it in,and do what it says. what do u think? i dont know how to do what u r asking me 2 do. iam sorry, but iam new 2 this. thank u so... very much 4 trying 2 help me. Laura
