Ok gang, I recently upgraded my sound card and would like to know if anyone has compared the analog out to Toslink optical out for this card?Thanks

Compared in what sense? Analog out has passed through a DAC, so by definition is an analog representation of the digital data. People claim different DACs have a "sound" (dry, clinical, warm etc ) but this is pretty subjective, and like all such things probably subject to some imagination. Do you feel you hear any problem with the analog results you're getting?
