When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I have Windows XP. I can't run Microsoft Essentials (antivirus program), can't run msconfig, can't run system restore, get error that says: can't run tfswctrl.exe. Says my computer is infected with W32/Blaster.worm and then tries to run a program that I don't have called, Spyware Protection. It runs and says I have errors. I tried to run DDS and I can't. Computer is IBM T43, I haven't tried starting in safe mode, because I'm not sure how to do that. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Thank you!!
Melissa
