BleepingComputer.com: Firefox Not Opening Properly

One more problem I'm having. It's not a major one, but it is annoying and wasn't happening until very recently so I'd like it to stop.

When I try to open Firefox 3.6.15, I get this message:



If I click on "Try Again" it usually will open normally, but what is the reason this started happening, and is there a way to fix it?

They don't both pop up at the same time. It's just kind of random, I guess, as to which message I get.

Reason for edit: Moved from Vista to Web Browsing/Email.

Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same issue?
