Whats the make/model of the system?

Whats the primary use of the system?
Any critical files on the drive such as accounting software, business stuff and the like?

If you would like I can post this with our folks that deal with unbootable systems.
Let me know.
In the beginning there was the command line.

The computer is a custom build.

Asus M2N68 AM SE2
AMD 64X2 5000+
160 gig hard drive WD
XP Home Premium

Primary use is for the wife to play on. ( Facebook of course)
No critical files to speak of. And the system is backed up.

Is there any other info you need?
