When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

So sometimes (not all but most) when I start up my computer, I get back to back runtime errors from random programs (usually about 4-5 including AVG, Skype, Power ISO, and others).

After the pop ups I get Windows (not internet) explorer errors. I cannot copy, paste, or rename files; the buttons under the start menu are mostly unresponsive, the buttons on the alt cntrl delete page are mostly unresponsive, and my dock (rocket dock) is unresponsive. Everything else (except the programs that got the errors to begin with) runs fine. I'm thinking it's a Virus because... back to back runtime errors with unrelated programs, just aren't commonplace... at all.

I am on a Windows 7 32-bit PC.

I am usually pretty good at figuring out computer problems, but this one is new to me, and I'm stumped, even on web research. I'd really appreciate the help, thanks.
