BBC Embeded Problem Can't play anything.

Hello,

I have Windows Xp service pack 3, as far as I know have have recently downloaded the latest Java and flash. But not even a window comes up when trying to view BBC news videos.

I have 20mb connection so thats not the issue, have scanned using Malwarebytes anti malware, Free AVG, used CCleaner but still no joy.

Have same problem using Firefox, IE, Opera and google chrome.

Any ideas anyone?
