When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

If you have not received help after three days, please post a link to your topic HERE.

My computer was infected with the Windows Diagnostic Virus. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-windows-diagnostic

I have tried to run RKill, but upon running the program I get 3 pop-ups that say Installation Failed. Resulting in the Rkill program not succesfully doing its thing.

I have ran MalwareBytes multiple times. I can't update the database, but it was last updated last week. It has removed many items, but still seems unsucesfull in shaking the virus. When I start the pc the desktop is all black, and all icons are hidden. The windows diagnostic is no longer poping up, but it's still here.

Here is the last logs:

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
