My friend's computer has some "java" viruses that we can't get rid of. First, she got a "drive-by" virus. I used Rkill to stop it, and updated and ran Malware bytes on her computer. It didn't find anything. I also ran the online ESET scan, it found nothing. I ran her CA, and it has found 3 different viruses (11 instances) but it doesn't try to delete them or quarantine them. The names were all similar, and were something like Java.exploit. How can we get rid of these viruses?

Thanks!

What operating system do you have?

Go Start > Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove Programs. Post back and report any Java or JS2E entries that you have.
