When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi

Most of the times I try and click a link after searching for something on Google, it will redirect me to another page, either some random search enginge, or something trying to sell me stuff. I've got Microsoft Security Essentials installed and that didn't get rid of it,the free version (and trial version) of AVG 2011 didn't get rid of it, Spyware Doctor didn't get rid of it and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware didn't help either. I've also tried installing Firefox and the same thing happens on there, and changed IE's settings to default, which also didn't help.

Any help would be much appreciated at this moment in time as I'm currently pulling my hair out and wondering if it'll ever get back to normal :(

Thanks

Anna

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
