I rebuilt this computer, everything in new except the hard drive and the disc drive. But the browsers are acting crazy, I get the untrusted site error for every site I go to, even my bank and my school. Now my McAfee's is telling me that real time virus protection is turned off, and when I try to enable it it just turns right back off. I am going to shut this computer down and work from my laptop. Running XP sp3

FWIW: Changing a Motherboard or Moving Hard Drive - http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/moving_xp.html

If you failed to do a clean install...I would expect problems.
