Where does MPEG Encoder 3 go?

I have been installing and uninstalling software for my old webcam and all of a sudden I see a folder on my Desktop (I think I pulled it out of the recycling bin) called MPEG Encoder 3 with lots of stuff in it and I do not think it belongs with the Logitech software that I installed. Maybe Windows Media Player? I just don't know where it goes. BTW, my Windows Media Player right now has no sound. I have a complete library in there, and yet my RealPlayer works.
