Desktop powers on but nothing on screen Really need some help

I have an Acer Aspire m5640 desktop. Occasionally when I switch it on it powers on fine but there is nothing on the screen. The monitor light stays orange ( blue when there is something on the screen). Recently I had changed my graphic card and a new PSU. I feel I can rule out my PSU being faulty.

Is there anyone who can identify the problem? Thanks in advance guys.

I would try the obvious...reseat the graphics card, check the connections.
