At the top of any page, next to your username, click the dropdown arrow:

This will give you this dropdown (Admin options have been removed):

Select My Content.
This will give you links to every topic you have created, or participated in.
You can further refine your choices by using the dropdown, located at the top of the list of post's, and then clicking the Update button:

This is because you are already set up to receive notifications on topics you create and reply to in your notification settings in your control panel.
