After a scan with avg internet security 2011 i was informed that i have a windows file corrupted :c.\windows\syswow64\mfc45.dll ,does someone knows what this means ?.I made ascan to the same fife with malwwere bites and didn`t find nothing can someone help me please thank you !

The detection may be a false positive. Submit the file to AVG for further analysis.
If the file has been placed in the Virus Vault, then follow these directions:
-- Even though the instructions say if you suspect the file is clean but you still have doubts, submit anyway using this method.
If it is a confirmed false detection, you can restore the file from quarantine or ignore the detection until the database is corrected and no longer will detect it.
