Help
I was able to work in safe mode for a short while then could not access windows or anything at all.
Now on start up i get blue & black vertical lines across the screen with windows logo in centre.
have run recovery disc and tried to reload windows original.
The reply i get is <the system is not fully installed please run set up again>
other replies are <following file missing or corrupt> <windows \system\ config\system>
On laptop can not enter windows or internet
I have tried holding down f8 & f12 keys while starting but still not allowed to further.
