I'm not sure if that driver is the latest version for your video card. If you haven't already done so, make sure your driver is up to date. Your system shouldn't have any problems running SC2 and although this is a long shot, try defragmenting your hard drive. I'm thinking that a very fragmented system might possibly affect performance.

My video card is at the latest driver, infact I did a full reinstall of my os a couple of weeks ago to clean up my system, I also cleaned my laptop inside so there won't be a heating issue. I also defragmented my hard drive and StarCraft's files through defraggler. I tested it today after defragmentation, the game still crashes and runs out of paged pool memory about 2 minutes into the game. When the game first came out I could run it in medium graphics perfectly and now I can barely run through low graphics.

I think I have solved the issue. I notice from process explorer that I was getting a lot of page faults while running the game. After some research on how windows 7 uses the page file by caching everything in ram to free ram immediately. I decided to fully disable my pagefile since I have 8 Gb Ram and I rarely use all of that unless I'm running virtual machines in the background. I will let you guys know if I have any more issues as I do multiple tests later this evening and week.

I have did some hefty tests all offline and 4 and up in amount of players. on every map I tested, I did random selection of type of race for all players and filled all the ai slots possible.
Here are the results:

Improvement in 4 player maps that have the allies bases closely together.
Still lags in 8 player maps that have the allies bases closely together.

I didn't test ever map but I noticed that some maps act perfectly even 8 player maps and other maps completely crash. I have the first copy of SC2 (the week it came out) and had to do all the updates to get to the current version, so it must be a flaw in the maps or how SC2 reads the original maps or something like that.
