There are some other security scans that could be run.

But before potentially stressing your hard drive any further let`s run the diagnostic test. If that comes up with a clean bill of health then we can go on from there.

Hey ThunderZ - I ran the Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows and everything passed with flying colors. My HD is only 2 yrs old so I'm glad that it's ok. Where do we look next? I'm still fairly slow and see the CPU spikes with everything little I do, even opening an e-mail seems to task the system and bogs everything down for several second. Any ideas?
