Streaming on VLC player via ipv6

How Do i set the VLC player v1.1.7 to stream via ipv6 using windows7pro HomeGroup.
All the computer are connected to the same router and have joined the same HomeGroup.
Remote desktop connection is enabled.

Anyone can help me with the setting on how to set the streaming setting and how to set the client to capture the streaming.
