lenovo n500 laptop loop

I got handed a lenovo 3000 n500 laptop which wont start.It starts but just stays on the screen booting up.I tried safe mode and no luck.Any ideas would be great thanks

Any error messages to give us an idea what might be wrong?

Thanks for the help but i cant log on it just stays in windows starting up loop so i cant even get to the stage of seeing error message.

Have you tried a repair?
