Okay.

How can I change my WiFi bars at the top of my iPod Touch 4th Gen. into an iPhone's Signal bars? Without SSHing, or is that even possible?

Like a tweak, or a theme that only changes the bars and nothing else.

go to sinfuliphone.com for more stuff on that. Im gonna bet there is a cydia tweak for it, you could even request a user on sinfuliphone.com get send you the iphone bards and you could make your own winterboard tweak.
