BleepingComputer.com: Problems with downloading

Hi guys ...

I hope someone here can help me with this problem. My girlfriend has a Vista Home Pc and since yesterday I just cant seem to download anything from FILESERVE. Strangely enough, downloading from Fileserve was perfectly fine on her PC until yesterday. I have Win 7 myself (in the same house and we're using wireless) and there is no problem at all with downloading. So it's safe to assume that there is a problem with her PC. After we had typed the captcha required by Fileserve, we get this message Oops the Link Is Broken. But downloading the same file on my Win 8 PC is perfectly OK. Does anyone know how we can rectify this problem? She doesnt have any problems downloading from other hosts like Hotfile or Filesonic though. It's only Fileserve. Thanks.
