Hello,
I'm using a laptop with windows XP SP3.
My internet (wireless) is really slow. 3 days before it worked fine but not anymore. I'm currently using Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Spybot.

Here's my result

You're pingtest results may not be accurate. Check to make sure your firewall and routers have ping flood turned off. That's not to say that you don't have a problem. This site provides good packet loss troubleshooting help. The packet loss test and the troubleshooting guide should help you find the source of your issue. If you get results that you don't understand, post it back here.

Did you try to hardwire your laptop to the router?
Are there other computers on the same network?
Doing fine?

Each row above represents a unique route with summary statistics from the testing center to the monitored IP address. Click on each RoutePattern link to see packet loss and delay statistics for each hop/node in the path. The most important hops to review are those belonging to the ISP serving the monitored IP address and the hop immediately preceeding the serving ISP. If no RoutePattern links are appearing immediately above, refresh this page in 1 minute.

I haven't tried connecting my laptop directly to my router because I don't have any usable cable right now.
There is another laptop of my friend in his room and right now he is sleeping I will try that as soon as possible.
Thanks for the replies

Looks like your router is not responding to ICMP packets (pings). Can you change that or get your ISP to change it?
