In my office server netwok ip address of 192.168.42.1 and broadband internet connection modem ip address is 192.168.45.21 directly connected in switches . in system assign ip address in manually 192.168.42.55,subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.42.1.

Your broadband modem should be hooked into a router to share the internet connection with multiple servers on your LAN. For IP addressing most server based systems should be running DHCP on the server. You can use the routers DHCP server but it is not a good setup if you are running a domain. The client computers should be set to get addresses automatically from the DHCP server. 192.168.42.1 cannot be the IP address of your modem. This is a private IP range which is not routable over the internet.
Are you sure your modem is connected to a switch and not a router?
The three IP addresses you listed are not on the same subnet they would all have to be 192.168.42.xxx or 192.168.45.xxx to be able to communicate.
