Hello GM,

I'm so terribly sorry for the delay. Please feel free to Private Message me when I don't respond within 48 hours. :(

I think I'm still confused as to the situation.

doesn't point to my old file folders (C:\Documents and Settings\Andrea, which still exist) it points to:
C:\Documents and Settings\Andrea.YOUR-4DACD0EA75

What doesn't "point" to your old files/folders?

how do I readd my user so that my files are properly pointed to the folders that existed pre-infection?

What do you mean "read" and "properly"?

As for malware wise, your computer does not seem to have any active infection at the moment. It's strange as to the symptom and user directory problem you are experiencing. Besides this, do you still have any other problems? Could you give me an update on the situation and answer my questions as it has been a while.

Sorry once again.

With Regards,
Note: Please do not PM me asking for help, instead please post it in the correct forum requesting for help. Help requests via the PM system will be ignored.

If I'm helping you and I don't reply within 48 hours please feel free to send me a PM.

The help you receive here is always free but if you wish to show your appreciation, you may wish to Posted Image.
