BleepingComputer.com: new to BC but starting to repair friends and family PC's

My friend and I are both A+ and Network+ certified and will be working togeather on PC's.

Looking for a list of things needed to repair PC's.
This is a list of most of what we have some we still need.

power supply tester.
Free anti-Virus software like Avast is what our school used.
Spybot search and destroy malware program
Malware bytes malware program.
CCleaner gets rid of old files.
Memory tester program like Memtest 86.
Still looking for a good but free registry scanning and repair program.
Window washer.
Boot from CD combofix diagnostic program.
Still Need a Keyfinder program
2Terabyte USB 2.0,3.0 External harddrive with multiple adaptor cables
Can of compressed air
vacume cleaner
Sandra Lite to report on computer hardware statistics and model numbers
The basics: Windows Updates, Microsoft updates, disk cleanup and disk defrag.
Still need a List of sites to get device drivers
We have a retail version of Spinrite to recover data
Still need other software and or hardware for data recovery

2 very small speakers to test sound or can plug 1 into a earphone jack.

Extra power chords & cat5 cable
Extra batteries for both computers and flashlights (get good flashlights, dont slack there)

Dont forget a small FIRST AID KIT!!
You will cut yourself more than once.

A mini AC powered USB hub. In a pinch a non powered USB hub will work, but if the PSU is running the ragged edge it might not work with more than two peripherals plugged in.

The hub/s serve two purposes. One so you're not reaching behind every 5 minutes if no USB's are up front. Two it allows you to work with USB if one or more are having problems on the machine.

laptop hard drive enclosure with on/off switch. (Mine has been invaluable.)
small screwdrivers
extra tiny screws
cd's and dvd's
usb to ethernet dongle (useful if you lose everything including ethernet driver)
richard mentioned it but Linux rescue cd's should be mentioned again, they make things much easier.
reference book, (I use Meyers A+ book)
a cold beer (for once the job is done!)

Dont forget a magnifying glass as well.

They make those Windows licence stickers pretty darned small

I always carry a USB mouse and roll-up keyboard. < Forget exactly what they are called. Also USB to PS2 adapters just in case.

A slight modification to the flash light theme. Go to almost any sporting goods store and get a hikers HEAD light. This is a small miner`s style light that is mounted on an elastic headband. Works great when you need both hands free.

As mentioned. Do NOT scrimp on the price of most of these items. In particular the batteries. Spend the money on name brand alkaline. Also get LED head\flash lights when possible. Between the decreased consumption of the LEDS, their overall toughness and the increased life of good alkaline batteries you should never be in the dark half way through a job.
