Annoying Pop Up of Doom Malware issue

Hi All,

I'm having issues with this annoying little pop up that likes to appear whenever I go to my favorite shopping sites. It has this message that tells me to "shop to win" a whatever amount shopping spree and so far, I've had little to no luck making the darned thing go away. I used your malwarebytes program and the pop up is still there. Is there anything I can do or do I need to see a repairman for this?
