PC Tools Firewall prompt Services & Controller App attempting to load driver

Everytime I start the pc (Win XP), I get a PC TOOL Firewall pop up headed; ' Services & Controller App is attempting to load driver Mp Ksl35b9f655'
I always choose ALLOW although I dont get the option to 'Remember' the choice as it is greyed out.

Does anyone know what this is? I wondered if it was anything to do with my anti virus which is Microsoft Security Essentials, and I did get the pop up after MSS updated.
