took my poorly laptop to a well known company to get the data...I was desperate!!they have managed to get the data off and fit a new hard drive for me. Hopefully I will pick it up tomorrow all fixed and with a file containing my retrieved files...all for £99, plus a slightly bigger hard drive.Fingers crossed!! Am feeling a little less frantic now...thank you once again. You and the team are doing a fantastic job and I will be sure to recommend the site and make a contribution....thank you :thumbup2:
