MalwareBytes has found the following in the Registry;

HKEY-CLASSESD-ROOT\scrfile\shell\open\command\(default)(Broken.OpenCommand) and classified it as Bad. It then reports satisfactory removal. However, on restarting and subsequent re-runnning of MWB, there it is again.
I'm grateful for comments. What is it and can it be properly killed? Neither Hijack This nor A2 have spotted it.
TIA

At some point you installed a program that used script files. The entry in the registry that pointed to what program should be used as the default to open those files has become corrupt. It may be because you deleted that program - or it may simply be a corrupt entry. Regardless, it's nothing to worry about.
