I am new to this site as of today. I am a long time computer nut. I began with computer kits in the 80's and progressed thru BASIC, computer game and computer wargamming. As the software developed I moved to the most interesting Apps of the day.
I am very comfortable around computer hardware and have been around computers since DOS 3.0 in the early 80's and developed my skills progressively through the years along with the hardware developements and performance improvements.
I have tried to keep up with the available hardware, software and diagnostics of the day, BUT ....
That said, I have underestimated the ability of the malicious software hackers out there. I had in the past been able to diagnose and/or research the problems, correct the situation and get back to a smooth running computer experience. I now have encountered malware, adware, Trojan Horse or some unsidious combination that has my computer doing cartwheels. I will describe the problem in the appropriate Forum, in the next day or two, in detail and I'm quite sure that I am not the first to encounter the problem.
I am looking forward to discussing not only my immediate situation but various other computer related issues with members of "Bleeping Computers".

Computing in general is growing and changing so fast one has a difficult time keeping current in everything, and this applies to malware as much as anything else.
