Win Disk removal

Last week, the Win Disk program popped up on my computer. It looked like a virus to me, so I didn't run the defragmentation, but I did press the X button to get rid of it. After trying to get rid of Win Disk by using the task manager and trying to find the program and delete it on my computer, I finally did a search for more info and found this website's uninstall guide. I followed all the instructions and it seemed to get rid of Win Disk--the pop ups stopped and my Malwarebytes scan was clean. On the last step, it says to restart the computer and when I did that, I saw that the Win Disk icon was still on my desktop. I use Trend Micro and when I scanned using that, nothing was found. I have no other problems since following the uninstall guide except for the Win Disk icon being on my desktop still. Can someone help me get rid of Win Disk? I am using Windows 7. Thanks!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.
Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.
If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
