When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hello There... I've been here before and had a major Trojan removed. 6 Months later, I seem to be having some strange issues specifically with Google. More specifically gmail... I simply cannot get in. Once on Google, when I click gmail or even my "account" button to sign in... the whole pc slows to a crawl and then eventually displays "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Also, about a month ago, my gmail account got hijacked and started firing out e-mails all over the place... google immediately caught it and locked the account... and I was able to go in and reset the account and password. Ever since this happened, however, something hasen't been right. The PC just isn't acting right or seems liek there is something going on in the background... a little like 6 months ago. I"m pretty sure something is jacked up.

I still have some "stuff" installed from when Gringo cleared me up last time... but I'm not running anything until directed to do so! Please help!

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
