My kid sister needs a PC just to surf the net & watch Youtube,l could buy her a refurbished Dell.I am just wondering what is the cheapest price l could build a PC for ?

£227 is pretty cheap & l don't need the OS, l also get free delivery on Scan.

Now the total is only £155.13 which is really cheap if i convert it to Australian dollar which turns out to be only $248.338.
