When I turn on the computer, it seems to be trying to send multiple emails which then are eventually scanned and blocked by Symantec seen through innumerable windows that open up telling me that. This stops as soon as the cable is pulled out. Also, several boxes with the heading 'Symantec Email Proxy' appear saying that 'your message is unable to be sent'. I've run the Symantec anti virus scan but it came up with nothing.
I really need help as I am doing attachment in a foreign country and not too IT savvy. Buying a new laptop is really my last option.
I thank anyone in advance for any help that would be rendered to me.

OS: Windows XP home edition
Internet browser: Internet explorer
