My computer has been acting a bit strange with the memory maxing out over time - causing lag in games and requiring a reboot. A friend helped me get the timings and voltage right, but I fear that the RAM may have been Damaged. I am going to shell out some coin to get new memory for now, but I am going to build a whole new system too, and I plan to Water Cool it and OC the puppy.

I have never built a Water Cooling system, and I plan to use my current Lian-Li PC-X500 Case - Lian-Li cases are just TOO good to discard.

Going to use the HWL Black Ice SR-1 480 Rad hanging on the back of the case attached with the Koolance Rad Bracket.

I will get the new Intel 2600K CPU, when they are fixed, and I plan on using the Swiftech Apogee XLT Waterblock. Going to use the Swiftech 655 Vario Pump and will get a waterblock for GPU when I decide which GPU(s) to get.

My question is this: What is the proper sequence to run the cooling system?

What I mean is, can someone give me a quick diagram that performs the best? I will have Rad, Pump, CPU Block, GPU Block and Reservoir. What is the correct Order in which I should run them in the cooling circuit?

I was going to get the ASUS Maximus IV, but I have read many blogs on issues that ASUS ROG boards have had with Memory, and I think I may be experiencing those problems with my ASUS Rampage II Extreme. I think I am going to opt for the Sabertooth P67 and buy a 50mm fan to attach to the port for the Thermal Armor cooling, since I won't have a downdraft Air Cooler to provide the air movement.

Here are the components so far:

this is a good multi-paged guide that will help a lot for liquid cooling
