When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

If you have not received help after three days, please post a link to your topic HERE.

The virus redirects Google and takes me to yellow pages ads, social networking sites, entertainment sites and so forth.

I have a few of the following anti-virus software along with others such as: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Super Anti-Spyware, Spy Doctor, Ad Adware to name a few. Here is my speecy file, I didn't know how to copy and paste it.

Hello,

I've looked over your previous topic, and it appears that the issues you experienced previously have resurfaced. A deeper look into your machine is warranted.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
