BleepingComputer.com: blue screen ERROR!

hi every body that's my first topic in that site .....

i have a bad proplem wich alway make me angry its the BLUE SCREEN ERROR (blue screen of Death)

i googled my prop. but i didnt found the answer even on youtube the proplem is :

1-i dont know much in pc ... so i keep my windows installation Cd and all Cds with someone who always fix my pc but i have returned the pc from him from 2 days and i have alot of proplems now

2-i dont know what exactly the best antivirus to use. am using ( nod 32 )now

3-what registry cleaner pro should i use .. i tried paretologic pc health advisor and quusoft registry cleaner :

in paretologic:i fixed all errors but still have same prop.

in quusoft: i also fixed all but when i scan again i found the same errors and it's in NOD32 registeries

i really need help ...i hope some body have the answer

1) DO NOT USE ANY REGISTRY CLEANERS. They cause problems, they do not cure them.

2) Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
