When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I think I have been hacked; when I access the internet random popups from admarketplace and other sites come up, also a message saying genric host win 32 has accessed a problem and needs to close.
I have used malwarebytes and spybot search and destroy and have been reading previous forums
I was reading this forum post and the problem is somewhat similar to mine
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic221224.html

the helper person on that post suggested that the person may have been hacked and may need to reformat
I have tried system restore and the virus or malware keeps on returning
so could it be a rootkit or backdoor trojan?
what do I need to do?
and how exactly would I reformat and where would I get the window disks from?

This problem has been very frustrating and happened when my brother tried to jailbreak his itouch and downloaded something stupid I believe

I would appreciate any help and am thankful for those who would be willing to do so -thanks in advance
