 Hello, I can't seem to install any Antivirus program I have had AVG for years and it suddenly stopped working I uninstalled and downloaded a new version, when I install it stops with an error stating something about a access key? any Idea what that could be? It's driving me nuts ! I saved the Log but can't open it !
Any help will be highly appriciated.

Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Use AVG Remover to completely uninstall AVG: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools
Keep in mind, that inability to install AV program may be a sign of some computer infection.

Use AVG Remover, listed in my previous reply and then try to install AVG again.

Do you remember, what was happening, when you're trying to install Avast?
